Riddim Force Band

Coming out of Copenhagen Denmark the 4-piece backing group: Riddim Force Band is now known as one of the best Scandinavian backing bands.

Backing up local artist of Jamaican origin, Jah Bobby, Little Tasha, Horace Corn, Mr. Chin & Mo, Cornstick, Professor Dong and many more, Riddim Force Band emerged on the scene in 2002.
By popular demand attending the biggest Danish Reggae Club; Rubadub Sundays , the band held outstanding concerts backing legendary British artists; Country Culture and Shinehead.

The 4 band members take advantage of all their skills in their pursuit of the right sound, using both; samplers, groove box, keyboards, guitar, bass, drums and of course doing the backing vocals.

All members have been working on the reggae scene for several years, getting to know the culture, playing thousands of gigs in the Freetown Christiania, arranging reggae, ragga and dancehall events in the city of Copenhagen. The members has been touring both Denmark as well as Europe playing in bands like Bikstok Røgsystem, Bass And Trouble, Ministry Of Harmony and Djosos Krost.

The band is not only known on the reggae scene but has also been backing up Hip Hop artist such as MC Clemens, N.O.B.L.E., Funk Flush + more. (Backing at Danish Hip Hop Awards + The Danish Mixing Tournaments)

In addition drummer Pharfar, has been running sounds like 59P and Bikstok Røgsystem alongside working in his studio. Riddim Force Band is the backing band of Bikstok Røgsystem on their nationwide tour in the spring and autumn of 2005.
